Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, you begin with a 14-day free trial on the Essential plan. If satisfied, you can upgrade to a paid plan that meets your needs.
What does "up to X documents" mean?
This means you can upload up to X items to Sigmie. For example, a document in an online shop is a JSON representation of a product.
What happens if I exceed the plan limits?
We have a 10% tolerance for documents and 20% for API requests. Every request and document above those limits will be rejected from our service.
What if I need more documents that the highest plan allows ?
If you have more documents than the highest available plan allows, you can contact us and we will set up a plan that meets your needs.
What is the difference between Enchanched and Basic autocomplete?
The Enhanced autocomplete gives extra features like showing "trending searches". It's more advanced compared to the Basic option.
What is the refund policy?
If you are not happy with our service, contact us. We will work out a fair refund for you.
